Sandy and I hosted a stand at a major URC event last Saturday – The Big Day Out is hosted by the United Reformed Church North Western and Mersey Synods in Southport Theatre and Convention Centre.

We were proud to offer sponsorship towards the event and lots of freebies on the day including note pads, pens and sweets. We also had a competition to guess the number of sweets in a jar, which attracted plenty of entries. Pictured is Sandy with the competition winner, Simon Bromley from Blackburn!

Almost 1,000 people attended this excellent event which included worship, workshops, visiting speakers and musical entertainment.
